Job Title: Vice President Workforce Development
Job Summary:

Provide vision, leadership, planning and coordination for college programming to meet regional labor market needs. Build and continuously improve strategic relationships with business, academic, and governmental partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree required.

Requires five years of relevant experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Must possess relationship building and maintenance skills, effective negotiation skills, and significant economic development experience.

Strong relationships with higher education, and an established network of education and community resources as evident by their experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum Salary: commensurate with experience
Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and various hours as needed.
